In the light of the latest intelligence affair between USA and Germany, the scope of the Federal Intelligence Service (BND) has drawn more and more interest also in the US public. In this context, the American Online Service Ozy.comhas asked our reporter Uwe Müller to portrait Gerhard Schindler, who has presided over the BND for about three years.
